Yoga for Summer

Our bodies and psyches change as the seasons change - and so should our yoga practice! As the weather heats up, our yoga practice needs to cool us down. Find out how to utilize yoga to stay "calm, cool, and collected" during the summer season. This practice will help calm Pitta dosha in the Ayurvedic system, the body-mind type that is dominated by fire (especially so in the summer!). Open to all levels of experience.
Connie Habash, MA, has been teaching yoga since 1993, and has a special passion for yogic philosophy, Sanskrit, and Ayurveda.
